How do I choose the right size roller skates?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and comparing it to our specific size chart. Most of our skates fit true to size, but some professional models may require sizing down for a snug, responsive fit.
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor wheels?
Outdoor wheels are softer (78A-82A) to absorb shocks from uneven pavement, while indoor wheels are harder (88A-101A) to provide better slide and speed on smooth rink surfaces.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner for a weekend session.
Can I return my skates if they don't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Skates must be in brand new, unused condition and in their original packaging. We recommend trying them on indoors on a carpeted surface first.
Do you offer a warranty on skate components?
All ROLLER SKATE products come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in boots, plates, and trucks. Please note that normal wear and tear on wheels and bearings is not covered.
